Thank you for your provisional reservation with Circa Hotel.

 

We would like to bring the following terms and conditions to your attention.

1. All rates are on a bed and breakfast basis, unless otherwise indicated

2. All bookings are subject to availability.

3. For all online credit card payments made to the hotel prior arrival, the credit card used for payment must be presented on arrival for an imprint. A copy of the card holders ID/Passport is required even if he/she may not be the guest. Payments by direct bank transfer (EFT) shall be cleared in the Hotel's account at least 72 hours before the day of arrival.

4. All Bank deposits including those made in cash, cheque and international transfers must be free of exchange, bank fees and/or other charges. Any such fees are for the account of the guest.

5. Your reservation number must be used as reference for all payments.

6. Standard Check in time is 14H00 and standard Check out time is 10H00.

7. Cancellations made within 5 Days prior to standard check in time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the value of the accommodation booked.

8. Cancellation of bookings are accepted by the Hotel only if served in writing by fax or email.

9. Guaranteed reservations will be kept for the first night only, thereafter the accommodation will be released.

10. Hotel Rates are be subject to change without prior notice.

11. Secure underground parking is available at a nominal fee of R120.00 per day. Vehicles of above 1.9m height may not enter the parking due to height restrictions. Access to parking is controlled by LPR camera. Please provide your car registration number as soon as it is available to gain immediate entry upon your arrival. Payment will be necessary at check in to continue using the facility.

12. All rooms accommodate maximum of two adults. No more than 2 children under 15 years of age may share the double sleeper couch at an additional cost of R400 per night.  Please request additional bedding for your children in advance in order to have it prepared on your arrival. 

13. All rates and/or additional charges including food and beverage include VAT @ 15%.

14. Minimum deposit of R1000 per booking is required at Check-In for incidental charges to your room. Refundable on departure.
